Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively train employees on safety protocols.

```Duties```

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention

- Train employees on safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies

- Coordinate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills

- Stay up-to-date on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization

```Requirements```

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field (preferred)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management or a related role

- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers compensation laws

- Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques

- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA standards (preferred)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in report writing and data analysis

- Ability to fabricate training materials and deliver engaging safety training sessions

- Familiarity with EPA regulations related to occupational health and safety
